For the second time in three years, residents are being asked to share their thoughts on living in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Over 4,000 people took part in 'Let's Talk About Life' in 2023 as part of Vale of Glamorgan Council's work on its current corporate plan.
Now, a further survey has been launched in order to gather local people's views about their experience of public services and their priorities for the future.
The council says it will help them better understand how to get more people involved in local decision making.
Cllr Ruba Sivagnanam, cabinet member for community engagement, said: "This survey is different to other Vale-wide surveys that the council has run in the past."
"We are not asking simply how satisfied people are with council services. Instead, we are trying to understand what life is like for people living in the Vale and how public services affect this."

"We are taking this approach so we can develop our services in a way that means they will improve people's quality of life, and wherever possible address the issues that matter to those who live in the Vale."
"The survey will be a really important source of information for us. It will be used to inform many of the decisions we have to take on reshaping the ouncil to meet the many challenges ahead."
"It's essential that we hear from as many as people as possible and from all sections of the community. Everyone in the Vale has a voice and everyone's views matter."
Two years ago, the council accelerated its housebuilding programme after the first survey found residents cited buying or renting a good quality home as a top priority.
The latest survey will see council staff visting community venues across the Vale in the coming weeks - with everyone taking part entering a prize draw to win one of ten £50 Love2Shop vouchers, which can be spent in high street shops and restaurants.
The council says the fidnings will be collected independently by Data Cymru, who will analyse the results before they are released publicly.
