A veteran fundraiser for the RNLI in Penarth has been honoured with a long-service award.
For more than 20 years, Sally Livsey-Davies has been organising events, raffles and other activities in aid of the town's lifeboat station.
On one occasion, she even hosted her own Bridge event, combining her dedication and passion for the lifeboat charity with one of her favourite pasttimes.
The RNLI said Sally was a "driving force in every activity she has taken part in, whether selling tickets for fish suppers and opera evenings or helping to source raffle prizes."

They added: "The award is in appreciation of her tireless efforts in rallying supporters to bake cakes and savouries for the RNLI coffee morning cake stand. Thanks to her enthusiasm and attention to detail, the stand was always beautifully presented and consistently raised funds for the station."
"Colleagues expressed their absolute pleasure and privilege to serve alongside Sally for so many years. Her commitment, creativity, and generosity have made a lasting difference to the Penarth RNLI community."
The long-service award was presented by the chair of RNLI Penarth, Laurie Pavelin.
