Andy Legg has been nominated for the Cymru Premier's manager of the month award for March.
He's since steered Barry towards a place in the end-of-season play-offs and a potential route to qualifying for the UEFA Conference League.
Three wins from four league outings saw Barry open up a five-point lead at the top of the Play-Off Conference, including a dramatic 4-3 victory at Briton Ferry Llansawel.
Despite a surprise slip-up at Flint, the Town also recorded 2-1 wins over relegated Aberystwyth and fellow strugglers Newtown.
Barry now need only a point from their last two games to confirm their play-off spot - with attention turning to a possible decider away at Connah's Quay Nomads in Flint on Sunday 13th April.
Legg faces competition for the managerial award from Rhys Griffiths, who secured runners-up spot with Penybont, and Andy Dyer, who is closing in on securing another season of top-flight football with Briton Ferry.

Meanwhile, Ieuan Owen has been nominated for the Player of the Month award after four goals and an assist during March.
Owen scored a brace - including the stoppage-time winner - in their win over Briton Ferry, before adding to his goal tally against Aberystwyth and Flint, ensuring the young centre-forward has established his place in the starting XI.
The other nominees are Penybont's James Crole, Briton Ferry's Will Fuller and Connah's Quay's Rhys Hughes.
As usual, a fans vote on social media and a league & independent voting panel will decide the winners of both awards.
