A woman has been banned from driving after a cyclist was hit by a car in Cardiff's Grangetown.
Detectives are still appealing for witnesses following a collision involving a blue Fiat 500 on Dunleavy Drive last month.
A 72 year-old man remains in a critical condition in hospital.
A 19 year-old man from Sully arrested after the incident was later released but remains under investigation.
Jay Morgan (24) from Dinas Powys was given a 14-month ban from driving following the collision at around 8.40am on Saturday 17th May.
Cardiff magistrates heard she had been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and allowing her car to be used by someone with no insurance.
A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "Officers investigating the incident are continuing their appeal for information."
"Anyone in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident or who may have come across the scene after the incident, or any motorists driving along the route at the time who may have relevant dashcam footage, are urged to make contact."
