A visual arts group in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan has opened its latest exhibition.
"Necessity of Desire", organised by the Art Life Society, aims to highlight the need for improved accessibility to the arts for people with mobility impairments.
The exhibit, which features works from amateur and professional artists across the region, is now on show at The Turner House Gallery in Penarth.
The non-profit society aims to encourage interest in and practice of the visual arts and encourages accessibility for all.
Artists involved in the exhibit have been investigating and illustrating conflicting or concordant aspects of the theme using a wide variety of museums.
Both stories of the grade 1 listed Turner House building are generally used for exhibitions - but in this case, the society will display all of their works on the accessible ground floor only.
"Necessity or Desire?" runs at The Turner House until Saturday 17th November.
