Over 20 local food businesses have signed up to take part in this year's Vale Food Trail.
The full line-up for the ten-day culinary festival which runs across the county from Sunday 25th May to Tuesday 3rd June.
Over a thousand people visited last year's food trail, which took in tours and workshops, tastings and demonstrations and other activities.
The highlights for 2025 include a 'Jazz on the Lawn' event at Forage Farm, a 'grow your own' demo for kids at Pugh's Garden Village, wine tastings at St Hilary Vineyard and Tair Gafr Wines, a mini farmer's market with Garlic Meadow and a sunset farm safari at Slade Farm.
Lead organisers Food Vale will also be on hand at the Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival during the opening weekend - with hands-on activities and games.
The Food Trail - now in its third year - is designed for both locals and visitors to travel between venues at their own pace, creating a bespoke journey that connects people more closely with where their food comes from.
Louise Denham, sustainable food places co-ordinator at Food Vale, said: "The Vale Food Trail has quickly grown into something really special — a way for people to meet the incredible producers on their doorstep and explore how our food choices shape the world around us."
"Whether you're passionate about sustainability or just love good food, there's something on the trail for you."
Many of the events on the Food Trail calendar are free to attend - with other attractions including a teddy bear's picnic at Amelia Trust Farm, garden tours with Ali's Edibles, a mocktail collab with Grounds for Good and Dirwest and a steak cut demo with Farmer's Pantry at Rosedew Farm.
The Vale Food Trail is organised jointly by Food Vale, the Vale of Glamorgan's sustainable food partnership, alongside Visit the Vale, Vale of Glamorgan Council and the Mentera business support programme Cywain.
