Two companies in the Vale of Glamorgan are among the finalists in this year's Wales Business Awards.
Aston Martin's manufacturing plant in St Athan is among the nominees in the Outstanding Workplace Culture category.
Meanwhile, Barry-based Lion Laboratories, a leading maker of breathalysers, is in the running for the Innovation award.
Over 50 companies from across Wales have been named as finalists among twelve categories - along with the top prize of Wales Business of the Year.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony at the Holland House Hotel in Cardiff on Thursday 12th June, hosted by broadcaster and author Andrea Byrne.
Among those due to attend will be the Welsh Secretary, Jo Stevens.
Gus Williams, interim CEO of Chambers Wales South East, South West and Mid, said: "The Wales Business Awards are an exciting showcase for the successes and achievements of the very best of Welsh business."
"We were thrilled to have received hundreds of fantastic entries this year, highlighting the innovation, creativity and ambitions of companies across the country."
"We are looking forward to celebrating our incredible finalists at our ceremony in June, together with members of the Welsh business community, distinguished dignitaries and ministers including Secretary of State for Wales, the Rt Hon Jo Stevens MP."
